Our archiving service is a way for you to keep files and jobs saved digitally at our location so that you can access them later.  This basic service is free of charge for account holders.  Click here to open an account.

You may request a project to be archived by checking the “Archive Job” box in the File Upload or paper work order.  When you request a project to be archived, we will save it under your company name, the name of the project, and the date the project was archived.  We determine the project name by your input in the file upload or paper work order “Project Name” field and you can modify it in any way that suits your organizational method.  You may add or delete items from the archive at will.  It is recommended that you keep a record of all archived projects at your location.  We provide a web link that displays your archive’s file structure in your web browser.

We store your files in a format manipulated for our use.  To receive digital copies of files after manipulation in a different format, fees may apply.

Your archive belongs to CRS and we provide access to it for your company only.  We require authorization from your company to make changes, fill order requests, or provide third party access.  Entities outside your organization can place print orders from your archive by using our Archive Order Form.  The Archive Order Form must be requested by your company prior to filling orders.
