Company Name:  Please enter your company name.  Please have the information in this field available when referencing your order later (e.g., Picking up your order, amending the order, order confirmation.)  Account holders should use the name on the credit application when the account was created in order charge the correct account.  If there is no company name, please use your full name.    Click here to open an account.

Contact Name:  Your name.

Email:  Your email address.  Most job and workflow notifications are sent via e-mail.  If you would like to be contacted by phone, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Check box to get an E-Mail Confirmation:  By checking this box, you will recieve an e-mail confirmation for your order including all order details.  Please review each confirmation to ensure the order has been placed correctly.  This confirmation is useful for keeping a record of archived job names and dates(account holders only).  Click here to open an account.

Telephone:  Your direct telephone number.

Project Name:  Please enter the project name for the order.  The information entered in this field will appear in the job name/PO field on your CRS invoice.  Account holders should use the project name or PO number that is associated with the project in order to bill the job correctly.  The information in this field will be used when archiving the files for later use by account holders.  Click here to open an account.  If you have additional billing information or instructions, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Time Wanted:  Please enter the time you would like to recieve your completed order by.  First come, first served means we process orders as they are received.  Our number one priority is to process orders as quickly and accurately as possible.  If we have any doubt that we cannot complete your order by the time requested, we will notify you via e-mail.  If you would like to be notified by phone, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.  We continue to process the order after the e-mail notification has been sent.  If you would like to amend the order or change delivery method, please reply to the notification e-mail or contact us.

Archive Job:  ACCOUNT HOLDERS ONLY - Click here to open an account.  By checking this box, the files you have submitted will be archived in our free courtesy archive.  The archive is a database located at our facility.  Files are archived and organized first by customer/account name, then by project name followed by the date the job was archived.  For example, if John Doe Construction Company archived the Smith Residence files with us on Semptember 1st, 2009, the job would be referenced in our archive as:

Number of Sets:  Total number of sets, or copies, you would like produced of the files you are uploading.  If you would like multiple sets, but different instructions for each set, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Media:  Please choose the media type that suits your order.  If you are unsure of which media type to choose or you have specific instructions, please contact us or let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Finished Size - Finished Percentage:  Please choose the desired dimensions and/or percentage of reduction/enlargement.  If left blank, files will be printed as sized(full size, 100%).  If a finished size different than the original document size is specified, we will print 'fit to page'.  To accomplish desired scale when enlarging or reducing, please specify a finished percentage.  If you have specific sizing instructions, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Finishing:  Please choose a finishing option for the selected media type.

Delivery Method:  Please choose how you would like to recieve your order.

Local Delivery:  Once complete, your order will be delivered to you by our staff in our company vehicle.  There is no additional delivery charge for orders that exceed the minimum job cost for the delivery destination.  Please contact us to find out your minimum order cost for delivery.  Deliveries to account holders will be delivered to the defualt address as specified on the credit application.  To deliver to an alternate address or provide specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.  If you do not have an account and have requested delivery, we will contact you prior to processing the order to obtain payment information.  Click here to open an account.

Will Call:  Once complete, your order will be available for pickup at our facility and we will notify you via e-mail.  If you would like to be notified by phone, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.  If your order is being picked up by a third-party, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.

Courier:  You may choose to have your order delivered by a third-party service.  Please provide all neccessary details in the Special Instructions field.

UPS:  Once complete, your order will be shipped to your defualt shipping address, or any address you specify.  Please specify shipping address or rush shipping instructions in the Special Instructions field.  If you would like to recieve e-mail notifications for your shipment, please let us know.
